In a post-apocalyptic world a Jag-cuzzi is a symptom of things that are redundant. Who would need a jaguar XJ6 anymore? Thirsty vehicles and other items have to be adapted to find other uses.  Some are turned into food dehydrators and others into Jacuzzis.

Nobody said you didn’t have to have a little bit of luxury on a post-apocalyptic planet.  Perhaps they are a symbol or modern times too.
